A Look Back on 2011

Thank you to our many volunteers, clients and supporters who have helped make 2011 an exciting year of learning, growth and accomplishments for Endeavour. As the year comes to a close, we would like to share with you what made 2011 special for Endeavour and thank you for your continued interest and support.

We engaged more than 100 volunteers to help 15 non-profits

In 2011, Endeavour worked with more than 100 volunteers on 15 consulting engagements to help non-profit organizations build capacity and improve their impact in the community. Thank you to all our new and returning engagement managers, consultants, and advisors who contributed to this success.

We became a charity

After four years of hard work and dedication, Endeavour finally became a charity in 2011. With charitable status, our Board of Directors and Executive Team are now able to build building partnerships that will extend Endeavour’s reach and impact within the communities we serve.

We are achieving strategic goals

In year one of our three-year strategic directions, we set and made great strides in achieving our strategic goals. 2011 has focused on strengthening our infrastructure and communications, forging new partnerships, diversifying our revenue streams, and evaluating Endeavour’s impact.

With a lot of the groundwork laid in 2011, we are excited about the changes that will take Endeavour to the next level in 2012. We look forward to working with you to make 2012 an even better year!
