Why I chose to volunteer with Endeavour:
Having been involved with non-profit organizations throughout university, I have witnessed some of the challenges they face.  As one person, there is only so much I can do to help.  However when I volunteer with Endeavour, I know that I can leverage the insights from a talented team and advices from the executives and advisors to drive a much larger impact.  By participating with Endeavour, I also hope to internalize the learning from my engagement projects and apply it back to Engineers Without Borders.

Consultant for Eritrean Youth Coalition project.
