Management Advisory Service Networking Day - December 4, 2008
Message from Management Advisory Service (MAS):
Join us for another Management Advisory Service networking day on Thursday December 4, 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. The location is the ground-floor party room at Ed Monahan’s condo, 130 Carlton Street East. The College stop on the Yonge subway is close by.
The purpose of these get-togethers is to meet other volunteer consultants, find out what is happening at M.A.S. and learn about some key issues in the community.
Our guest speaker will be Victor Willis, executive director of PARC (Parkdale Activity Recreation Centre.) He is very familiar with the issues that many of our client agencies face, and will speak about Managing During Change. In addition, Chris Irwin and Mark Ellwood will present a case study based on a recent project.
Finally, the meeting will be followed by our annual Christmas lunch. To help offset costs, we’re asking for a $20 contribution. However, if you would like to bring along a guest or a client who is interested in what we do, we’ll waive the fee. Just let us know how many of you are coming.
