Organization
Working Skills Centre (WSC) is a community-based, non-profit organization that supports immigrants. Through services, training and business activities WSC recognizes and promote the skills, capacity and wisdom of the diverse community. WSC’s purpose is to encourage economic self-sufficiency and the successful integration of immigrants, primarily women, into Canadian society. WSC provides a holistic program to help immigrants overcome barriers to employment and move towards economic self-sufficiency. WSC offers ongoing settlement services to provide further support to those who are new to Canada.

Project
Although WSC has been in operation for 30 years, WSC wants its services to better reflect the current labour market. WSC has engaged Endeavour to conduct a feasibility study that could radically transform the skills training model of the organization.
