Experience:
As fundraising director for the Undergraduate Nanotechnology Conference 2008, Aditya worked with the UofT Nanoclub to implement a new organization design and raise money from corporate and university sponsors. In the past year, he has worked with a team to develop a marketing strategy for the University of Toronto Society of Manufacturing Engineers to increase its presence on campus. Prior to that, Aditya worked as a business operations manager to analyze and implement a growth plan for increasing revenue for the Chemical Engineering Grad Students’ Association. Aditya enjoys analytical research, having completed summer terms at science research labs in Singapore and Toronto. He has traveled extensively in Asia to places such as Angkor Wat in Cambodia and Bali in Indonesia.

Why I chose to volunteer with Endeavour:
I look forward to developing winning solutions that help non-profits with their most pressing problems, while learning more about the consulting industry.
