Name:  Kelvin Lui

Education:
B.A.Sc, Engineering Science, majoring in Manufacturing Systems Engineering
Expected Year of graduation: 2010 (0T9 + PEY)

Experience:
Currently involved with the non-profit organization of Engineers Without Borders – U of T Chapter, and have taken the positions of High School Outreach Coordinator, VP Finance and VP Fundraising, specializing in advancing faculty relations

Currently participating in a year-long internship at Telus

Recently completed a Endeavour engagement with the community group Eritrean Youth Coalition

Interests:

Global Health (worked at the McLaughlin-Rotman Centre for Global Health, MaRS; Summer 2007), Corporate Social Responsibility, and enriching engineering education beyond technical expertise

Why I chose to volunteer with Endeavour:
After completing a previous engagement with Endeavour, I wish to continue my involvement with this group to aid non-profit organizations to achieve their goals and reach their desired impact within the community. In addition, this is also a great opportunity to work with others who share a similar passion.
