Organization

Endeavour provides management consulting to enable non-profit leaders to improve organizational performance and social impact. We are a volunteer organization that serves non-profits that otherwise cannot afford professional consulting. Since 2007, Endeavour has recruited and managed more than 300 volunteers to provide management advice to non-profits helping communities in many areas, such as the arts, children and family services, disabilities, education, environment, healthcare, immigrant services, rural development, skills training, poverty relief, and youth development. Role

Endeavour is looking for a volunteer to join the Consulting Division as Project Impact Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing the value of Endeavour’s management consulting services for non-profit organizations.

Responsibilities

As the Project Impact Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Manage data systems to collect data from client application and surveys
  • Derive insights from data and present to Endeavour executive
  • Assist in developing client impact reports for Annual Report and other documents
  • Work with Director of Client Relations and Director of Evaluation to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success of consulting projects in each round
  • Assist Director of Evaluation with case studies
  • Assist Director of Client Relations with client interviews post-project

Qualifications

Required:

  • Endeavour volunteer experience
  • Excellent writing and excel skills
  • General strategic planning and excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills – we work in a virtual environment
  • Long-term commitment to Endeavour Volunteer Consulting for Non-Profits
  • Ability to collaborate and deliver results in a virtual work environment
  • Strong motivation and initiative to take the lead in carrying out responsibilities, and identifying and implementing new initiatives to enhance project experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Great organizational and time management skills
