Endeavour is looking for volunteers to join the Talent and Strategy Division as Member, Volunteer Recruitment Committee. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment and selection of volunteers for our consulting engagements.


Specific Responsibilities
  • Screen volunteer applications and conduct interviews to select the highest caliber volunteers to support our client engagement
  • Complete candidate evaluation matrix and provide recommendations on staffing



  • Endeavour consultant or engagement manager experience with demonstrated commitment and performance
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Availability to attend interview (in-person or phone) during the week of December 3rd to 7th to 16th, 2012
  • Ability to collaborate and deliver results in a virtual work environment
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to improve current processes
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional weekend work and increased demands during recruitment cycle peaks


  • Experience with volunteer recruitment and retention
  • Experience with recruiting, screening and/or interviewing Endeavour volunteer candidates


  • Strengthen and broaden your leadership and management skills and experiences
