Eligibility and Assessment Criteria

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for Endeavour’s consultant and engagement manager opportunities, you must have a completed post-secondary education or equivalent experience, have 2-3 years work experience, and be available for events and meetings in the Greater Toronto Area during your six-month consulting engagement.

Assessment Criteria

Endeavour’s Volunteer Recruitment and Retention Committee assesses candidates based on the following criteria. Please note that Endeavour receives more volunteer applications than we have available spots, so meeting the assessment criteria does not guarantee your acceptance.
