Project Application Form

Endeavour Volunteer Consulting for Non-Profits (Endeavour) provides management consulting to enable non-profit leaders to improve organizational performance and social impact. We are a volunteer organization that serves non-profits that otherwise cannot afford professional consulting.

Since our services are free, we ask clients who are satisfied with our services at the end of the consulting engagement to consider making a donation to Endeavour at www.endeavourvolunteer.ca/donate.

Before completing the project application form, please:

1. Review our Client and Project Selection Criteria to see if your organization and project meet our requirements.

2. Review our Approach to Consulting to ensure that our approach matches your organization and project needs.

3. Review the time line for the upcoming (fall 2010/winter 2011) consulting cycle to ensure that it fits with your schedule. Time line subject to change by Endeavour.

Step 1: Project Applications Open - June 1 to July 15 (1.5 months)
Step 2: Project Applications Screening - July 15 to July 22 (1 week)
Step 3: Interviews with Short-List Candidates (Group 1) - July 22 to August 4 (2 weeks)
Step 4: Interviews with Short-List Candidates (Group 2)- August 5 to August 19 (2 weeks)
Step 5: Client Selection and Contract - End of August
Step 6: Projects Begin - Week of September 26th

4. Consider the following application tips:

- Ensure your organization and project meet Endeavour's selection criteria (see #1 above).
- Ensure your organization can work with Endeavour's consulting approach (see #2 above).
- Ensure you have the support of key executives and the board before completing the application (you will need to provide an executive and board contact).
- Complete the form to the best of your abilities, and be transparent and detailed.
