Project Application Form

Dear Project Applicant:

Endeavour Volunteer Consulting for Non-Profits provides management consulting to non-profit organizations that otherwise cannot afford professional consulting. While we do not charge a fee, we ask clients who are satisfied with our services at the end of the consulting engagement to consider making a donation to Endeavour.

If your organization would like our assistance, please:

1. Review our Client and Project Selection Criteria to see if your organization and project meet our requirements.

2. Review our Approach to Consulting to ensure that our approach matches your organization and project needs.

3. If our selection criteria and approach fit with your organization and project, fill out the project application form below.

Please note that we start two project cycles annually, Spring/Summer (mid-March to mid-September) and Fall/Winter (mid-September to mid-March). The deadlines for project applications are February 1st for the Spring/Summer cycle and August 1st for the Fall/Winter cycle. If you apply past the deadline, your project will be considered for the next project cycle.

We work with registered non-profit and charitable organizations in Canada that are staffed by volunteers or employees, and have demonstrable achievements.

 






































 

SECTION 2: PROJECT INFORMATION
Service Offerings: We currently provide consulting services in the following four practice areas:
• Corporate strategy
• Operations strategy
• Marketing strategy
• Organizational strategy

Services Excluded: We do not provide the following services:
• Fundraising or funding strategies
• HR compensation strategies
• Implementation of our recommendations
• Workshop facilitation
• Volunteer, staff or board member training
• Report writing/editing for formulated strategies/plans

  • Create the roles, relationships, processes and accountabilities that lead to success and sustainability

  • Develop the criteria and processes to recruit, develop, recognize and retain high-performing volunteers

SECTION 3: KEY PROJECT CONTACT INFORMATION
Your organization must provide a key contact person for the project, who is accessible by email and telephone on a regular basis, and can meet with the consulting team in the Greater Toronto Area during the engagement, including outside regular work hours.

Endeavour does not charge a fee for our consulting services. As such, we rely on donations to cover our operating costs. We ask clients who are satisfied with our services at the end of the consulting engagement to consider making a donation to Endeavour.
