“Endeavour is an innovative and effective way to deal with two strategic challenges facing Ontario. We do a great service to non-profits that can’t afford professional consulting, helping them get to the next level. And in an era where there are fewer and fewer volunteers and their average age is increasing, we offer a great way for younger people to engage in the non-profit sector.” – Alex Gill, Principal, Mendicant Group

Engaging and developing young people and professionals to volunteer their skills
To date, Endeavour has engaged and developed more than 900 professionals and university students to volunteer their talents with the non-profit sector. Through working closely with management and boards on strategic issues, Endeavour volunteers help non-profit organizations build capacity to achieve long-term impact. The valuable insights and experiences that our volunteers gain through consulting with the non-profit sector enable and motivate many of them to further their contributions in the sector, from joining non-profit boards to working in non-profit.
